Start with tasks
CRM training should not start with menus. Start with the real tasks: qualifying a lead, updating an opportunity, preparing a forecast or escalating a blocker.
Use recognisable situations
Generic examples force people to translate the material into their own work. Real cases reduce that effort and reveal exceptions ignored by the official process.
Managers have a role
If managers still request results through the old channel, the team will return to the old way of working. Use of the new system requires rules, measures and consistent management after the session.
Measure behaviour
Immediate satisfaction shows whether the session was pleasant. It does not show whether work changed. Track usage, data quality, execution time and exception rates after two, four and eight weeks.
Support after the session
Questions appear when people use the system under pressure. Short guides, question sessions and a clear support channel are more useful than a hundred-page manual.
