Every project is different, but pricing should be clear. These starting prices cover diagnosis, ongoing implementation and larger transformation programmes.
Prices exclude VAT, other applicable taxes and travel.
We prepare the final proposal after the first discussion. Objectives, deliverables and dependencies are confirmed before work begins.

05 Frequently asked questions
How long does a project usually take?
Start projects usually take 4-6 weeks. Growth projects are ongoing. We recommend a minimum of three months. Enterprise and M&A timelines are agreed after the scope is defined.
Can I combine several services?
Yes. Services can be combined within one programme. The proposal sets the order of the stages. Initiatives that depend on each other do not start at the same time.
Do the prices include VAT?
No. Published prices exclude VAT and other applicable taxes.
Is travel included?
No. Onsite work and travel are estimated separately and approved before they are incurred.
What is not included in the monthly price?
The monthly price excludes software licences, cloud services, media budgets, other suppliers and travel. It also excludes several implementation workstreams running in parallel. The proposal shows these costs separately.
Do you offer short-term contracts?
Yes. Start is a one-off project. For Growth, we recommend at least three months. Implementation, usage and progress measurement require more than one month.
Do you issue a contract and invoice?
Yes. Every project has a services contract. Invoicing follows the applicable law.
How does an engagement begin?
The first conversation is free. We clarify the problem, objectives and available information. If we can help, we prepare a proposal covering scope, deliverables, timing and budget.
